1. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to room availability.
Guests must provide accurate personal and contact information while booking.
Booking confirmation will be shared via phone, WhatsApp, email, or website confirmation.
Vedica Homestay reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if incorrect information is provided.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Valid government-issued photo identification is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.

3. Payment Policy

Advance payment may be required to confirm a booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of check-in unless otherwise agreed.
Payments can be made through UPI, bank transfer, cash, or other available payment methods.
Any applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation requests must be made through phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation period and booking terms.
No refund will be provided for no-shows or unused services after check-in.
Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and respect the property.
Any damage caused to property, furniture, fixtures, or equipment by guests will be charged accordingly.
Illegal activities, excessive noise, or behavior causing disturbance to other guests are strictly prohibited.
Guests must comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay.

6. Visitor Policy

Unregistered visitors may be restricted from entering guest rooms.
Additional charges may apply for extra guests beyond the booking limit.

7. Safety & Security

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
Vedica Homestay shall not be liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal property.
Guests should ensure rooms are locked when leaving the premises.

8. Force Majeure

Vedica Homestay shall not be held responsible for cancellation, interruption, or failure to provide services due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, landslides, road closures, extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Website Information

While we strive to keep all information accurate and updated, room rates, facilities, and availability may change without prior notice.
Images displayed on the website are for representation purposes and may differ slightly from actual conditions.

10. Privacy

Guest information collected during booking will be used solely for reservation, communication, and legal compliance purposes. Personal information will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required by law.

11. Right to Refuse Service

Vedica Homestay reserves the right to refuse accommodation or terminate a stay without refund in cases of misconduct, violation of property rules, illegal activities, or behavior that threatens the safety and comfort of other guests.
