Cancellation Policy
✅ Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
✅ Date changes may be requested subject to room availability
❌ Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in may incur charges
❌ No-shows may be charged up to the full booking amount
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible
- Processing times may vary depending on banks or payment providers
Booking Modifications
Guests may request changes to:
- Check-in date
- Check-out date
- Number of guests
All modifications are subject to room availability and confirmation from Vedica Homestay.
Exceptional Circumstances
In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, road closures, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting travel, refund or rescheduling requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
